Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in original condition
  • returned with original packaging and proof of purchase

To start a return, email support@gardencosmosjewelry.com with your order number.
Returns must be approved before being sent — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international returns, any duties or customs charges incurred may be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@gardencosmosjewelry.com with photos of the item and packaging.


Additional Notes

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations and imperfections may occur — these are part of the design and not considered defects.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

To exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
