SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders may take 1-7 days to get ready and are shipped the following business day once prepared (excluding holidays and during high volume seasonal periods). As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

We will ship your order according to your chosen shipping method.

Currently all our shipments are fulfilled by Canada Post services and Purolator. Please refer to their terms and conditions for more details.

 

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. 

TAXES AND DUTIES

All international buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes, which are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. In case the client refuses the order or pays the duties/taxes, shipping and extra costs will be deducted from the refund. We are not responsible for customs delays and transit times provided by courier are not necessarily guaranteed.
